What do I need to do to rent the Hall?

1. Check our online calendar for hall rentals to see if the date you are interested in is available.

2. Download a copy of our contract (MS Word or Adobe Acrobat) versions are available, read all 4 pages.

3. Fill out the contact entirely and send in with the required $250 security deposit. (dates are not reserved without the contact and deposit).

What can I do if I need more info?

1. E-Mail is usually the fastest way to get in touch with someone. (remember we are a volunteer company and have regular jobs during the day)

2. Call (908) 689-5285 voice mails are checked regularly.

3. Stop in, we are at the Firehouse Tuesday nights from 5pm to 10pm

Is the security deposit required?

Yes, no hall rental is considered booked unless the security deposit is sent in with your contract.

Do I need a special permit if I am having alcohol?

Yes, if you are having alcohol at your event you will need a rider for the day (details are in the contract and on our website under Insurance Requirements)
